You may return unopened, unused items in their original, intact packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Items that have been opened, installed, used, or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrived faulty (see below).

For safety, opened battery packs and items with installed or used rechargeable cells cannot be returned. Please dispose of or recycle batteries responsibly through an appropriate facility.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@blueskyplumb.shop within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
